Player Agreement

1 General Terms and Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between 77bdd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the services offered at https://77bdd.net and all associated subdomains and mobile-browser interfaces.

Throughout this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• Platform: The online gaming and sports betting service operated under the 77bdd brand, accessible via browser at https://77bdd.net.
• Account: A registered personal profile held by a single verified individual player on the 77bdd platform.
• Real Money Balance: Funds deposited by a player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from bonus funds.
• Bonus Funds: Promotional credits awarded by 77bdd subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Wager / Bet: Any real money or bonus fund stake placed on a game outcome or sporting event via the platform.
• Prohibited Conduct: Any behaviour that violates these Terms & Conditions, including fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, and abuse of promotions.
• BST: Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all platform events, promotions, and support operations.

77bdd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. The date shown in the "Last updated" field reflects the most recent revision.

These terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from a translation or paraphrase, the English text shall prevail.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 77bdd platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the service:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 77bdd is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 77bdd or any of its affiliated technology and payment partners, unless express written consent has been granted by 77bdd management.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the 77bdd platform. One account per person is strictly enforced.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account closed by 77bdd for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

77bdd makes its services available primarily to players based in Bangladesh, with particular support for players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Any player who believes gambling may be harming them is strongly encouraged to visit the Responsible Gaming page and make use of the available self-exclusion and limit-setting tools.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games, sports betting, and withdrawal services, players must complete the 77bdd account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 77bdd platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be merged or closed at 77bdd's discretion. Balances held across duplicate accounts may be consolidated or forfeited, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

77bdd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any point during your account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, or at any time 77bdd deems verification necessary for fraud prevention or compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77bdd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow a third party to access your account. 77bdd will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 77bdd support team immediately via on-site live chat so that your account can be secured without delay.

All platform connections are protected by 256-bit TLS encryption. Sessions automatically time out following a period of inactivity. A notification system alerts players when a new device or location is detected on their account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

77bdd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the primary mobile financial services used by players across Bangladesh and represent the fastest and most accessible routes for transacting on the platform. Additional payment channels may be introduced from time to time and will be listed in the platform's cashier section when available.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit amount per transaction is subject to the limits set by the relevant mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) and by 77bdd's internal risk controls.
• Deposits are credited to your 77bdd real money balance within 30 seconds under normal conditions. Delays exceeding five minutes should be reported to support with the transaction reference number from your mobile wallet.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity information held on your 77bdd account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 77bdd does not charge a fee on standard deposits. Your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–24 hours. During high-volume periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• Players must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal can be released.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before any portion of the associated balance may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• 77bdd reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its fraud prevention obligations. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

4.4 Currencies

All balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the 77bdd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No other currency is accepted on the platform. Currency conversion is not offered.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 77bdd offers promotional bonuses including — but not limited to — welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja, BPL season, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotional page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳25,000. The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only, one per household, one per device, and one per IP address. Players who open multiple accounts in order to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will have all accounts closed and all balances forfeited.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 77bdd are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover"). Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for any bonus is 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place total qualifying wagers of ৳30,000 before any portion of the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• Real money balance is used before bonus balance when placing wagers.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Check the specific promotional page for game contribution rates.
• Bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not count towards sports betting rollover.
• 77bdd reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that promotional abuse has occurred, including bet hedging, low-risk arbitrage strategies, and coordinated group play designed to circumvent rollover requirements.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, bonus funds expire 30 days after the date they are credited to your account. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed. It is your responsibility to track bonus expiry dates via your account dashboard.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Player Obligations

By using the 77bdd platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and any subsequent verification process.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share access with any third party.
• Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction as they relate to online gaming.
• Notify 77bdd promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Use only one account per person. Report any accidental duplicate registration to support immediately.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 77bdd platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the platform.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment transactions, filing unjustified chargebacks, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker or multiplayer casino games.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through system manipulation, coordinated group strategies, or any method designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonuses.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software that interacts with the platform without direct human input.
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating another player, providing false identity documents, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software. Any winnings arising from a known software error will be voided.

77bdd employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where a breach is detected or suspected, 77bdd reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct a full review before any further action is taken. Players have the right to appeal a suspension decision by contacting support via on-site live chat.

7 Game Rules and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the 77bdd platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt, live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and crash games from Spribe — operate under certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, physical dealing under studio conditions. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are set by the relevant game provider and are stated within each game's information panel.

77bdd does not alter, interfere with, or override the outcome of any game. In the event that a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software or display error, the result recorded in the server log at the time of the wager settlement shall be the definitive outcome. Any discrepancy must be reported to support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BCB).
• In-play (live) bets are accepted up to the moment the platform suspends the relevant market. Once a market is suspended, no further bets will be accepted on that event.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the conditions for settlement have been met, all bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned, unless specific alternative rules are stated for that market.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed by the platform. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market type are set by 77bdd and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the cashier and within each betting market.

7.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that 77bdd posts an obviously incorrect price, line, or market due to human or system error (including, but not limited to, odds that are clearly out of line with the prevailing market), 77bdd reserves the right to void any bets placed on the erroneous line, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. Players who knowingly take advantage of manifest pricing errors will have the relevant bets voided and may face account review.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 77bdd account at any time by contacting the support team via on-site live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining real money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, provided all identity verification requirements have been met and there are no pending investigations on the account. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — because you feel gambling has become a problem — please inform the support team at the time of your closure request. The team will apply appropriate responsible gaming flags to ensure no re-registration from the same identity is permitted during any self-exclusion period you request.

8.2 Suspension and Closure by 77bdd

77bdd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Multi-accounting, fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse as described in Section 6.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time following a request by 77bdd.
• A payment chargeback, reversal, or dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, match fixing, or any other criminal activity.

Where an account is closed for breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Players have the right to contact support to request a review of any suspension decision. 77bdd aims to complete account reviews within 10 business days of receiving all requested documentation from the player.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 77bdd will notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. An inactivity administration fee may be deducted from the remaining balance at a rate of ৳200 per month following the initial 12-month inactive period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactive period will be archived. Reactivation is possible at any time by logging in and verifying your identity with the support team.
